No one knew when Southville first opened in about 2017, but slowly and surely changes were made to turn it from the garage / parking bay / conference room that it was, to a traditional bread and butter bike workshop, servicing not only many locals, but plenty of customers from further afield too.

The workshop remains very much a workshop in the main, but there are plenty of parts, essential accessories and even some bikes for sale now.  We've always got offers on in there like half price helmets and clothing. As we refresh the range in Long Ashton, it gomes over to Southville for clearance. It's where the stock goes to die. Come and have a nosy!

Note: If you need diagnostics done on your Di2, SRAM eTap or Bosch systems, it is best to book in to the Long Ashton workshop.

We have reduced operations to one part time mechanic (Jason) As a result we have restricted our core opening hours to manage workflow and staff availability. Additionally, If we have any staff shortage due to illness and holidays at any point, the Southville workshop will close in order to keep the Long Ashton shop open.

During core hours the door will be open for anyone to wander in, but outside those times if the door is open you can wander on in, otherwise if we are expecting you for a drop off or collection please knock on the door. (If the locks are in place there's nobody there)

Safety Check & Tune

• Chain lubricated if needed

Commuter Service
10 mins | £85 (Pay later)

• • Everything included in a safety check and tune and the labour needed to replace any necessary parts

Strip and rebuild
20 mins | £185 - £200

Includes everything from our general service but also includes:

• All new cables (standard gear and brake) with both inner and outer cables being replaced
• All internal bearings checked, cleaned and greased including hubs, headset and bottom bracket.

This is a complete strip and rebuild and will often make your bike feel like new again.
